How to pay for your tour –

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for booking deposits and balance payments. Your invoice will include the necessary account details to process your payment.

Pay by Wire Transfer (International and U.S. Domestic)

• Payments in USD can be made via wire transfer to our U.S. bank account.
• Contact your bank or a forex company to initiate the transfer.
• Include your name, tour name, and invoice number as a reference.
• Email the wire transfer receipt or confirmation, including the reference number, to sales@touramericas.com.

Pay by Bank Transfer (U.S. Domestic)

• Use an online ACH transfer directly from your bank’s portal to our account using our email address.
• If your bank supports Zelle transfers, pay Toursamericas at sales@touramericas.com at no charge.
• Zelle transfers are fee-free but may have a daily limit of $2,000, so you can split payments over multiple days if needed.

Pay in Indian Rupees (INR)

• To initiate an international funds transfer, use your bank’s online portal or visit a local branch in India.
• Complete the remittance form using our U.S. bank account details as the beneficiary, and remit the invoiced amount in USD.
• Include your invoice number in the payment description or reference field.
• The bank will calculate the INR equivalent based on the prevailing exchange rate.
• After the transaction, email a copy of the receipt or confirmation to sales@touramericas.com.

Note: Any bank fees, taxes, or TCS charges as per Indian government regulations are the customer’s responsibility.
